    Party Pasta Salad

    1 green pepper (finely chopped)
    1 cucumber ( peeled, seeds removed, then chopped)
    4 stalks of celery ( cut into small pieces )
    1 container of grape tomatoes
    1 cup of broccoli flowerets (separated into smaller pieces)
    1 cup cauliflower ( chopped into small pieces )
    1 can ( 6 oz. size ) of small black olives - cut olives in half
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1 lb. box of pasta ( rotini or gemelli style ) ( al dente)
    1 bottle of McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning
    1- 8 oz. block of Kraft cheese ( I use either Sharp Cheddar or the
    cut into small pieces Monterey Jack Combo)
    1- 8 oz. pkg of Thorn Apple Valley Salami or 8 oz. of any type of salami you prefer cut into small pieces


    Dressing Ingredients:

    2 cups of salad oil
    2 cups of apple cider vinegar
    3/4 cup of sugar
    2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
    1 1/2 tsps of garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    a few dashes of pepper

    Cook pasta. Rinse in cold water, drain water, and set aside. Add all the
    other ingredients , with the exception of the dressing ingredients, and
    mix well. Then combine all of the dressing ingredients, mix well and
    combine with the rest of the salad. Chill overnight to let the flavors
    blend.
