12 oz. multi-colored vegetable pasta (rotelli or other)
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup light olive oil
12 oz. cherry tomatoes, quartered
6 oz. pitted black olives, chopped
1 small cucumber
1 small green pepper
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
parsley for garnish
Recipe
Prepare pasta according to package directions. After draining the pasta, let it cool. Stir together Hidden Valley Ranch mix, olive oil and pasta. Stir in tomatoes, olives, cucumber and pepper. Stir in crumbled feta cheese. Garnish with parsley.
