    Tuna Salad

    1 (9 1/4 oz.) can chunk white tuna -- drained
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    2 Tablespoons chopped onion
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    fresh ground white pepper -- to taste
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon lemon juice

    Break tuna into smaller chunks.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
    Can be served on lettuce and garnished with black olives.
    Can be served on tomato flower (remove stems, cut tomato into wedges making sure that it is not cut completely through).
    Lightly spread wedges apart.
    Fill tomato with tuna salad.
    Can be served on Ritz crackers or toast.
