    Chicken Taco Salad Sundaes

    12 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
    3 Tbsp. (45mL) butter, melted
    1/4 tsp (1.25mL) Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
    1/4 cup (60mL) chopped celery
    1/4 chopped onion
    1/2 cup (120mL) mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. (1.25mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
    1/2 cup (120mL) salsa
    3/4 cup (180mL) sour cream
    2/3 cup (160mL) shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
    6 cherry tomatoes
    3 cups (720mL) cubed cooked chicken
    1 cup (240mL) shredded lettuce

    Recipe




    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

    2. Lightly butter 6 jumbo muffin cups.

    3. For each bread cup, place a slice of bread halfway over another; roll flat with rolling pin.

    4. Press into prepared cups.

    5. Brush insides with melted butter; sprinkle lightly with Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb.

    6. Bake at 350°F (180°C)for 10 to 15 minutes until bread is toasted.

    7. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.

    8. Combine chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, and Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy in a bowl until well mixed.

    9. Divide evenly among 6 toast cups.

    10. Top each with layer of lettuce, then layer of salsa, finally layer of sour cream.

    11. Sprinkle each with cheese and garnish with cherry tomato in center.

    12. Optional garnishes include black olives and chopped green onion.
