    Easy Vegetable Pasta Salad

    2 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    16 Oz. (454g) package frozen unseasoned vegetable blend, thawed
    1 cup (240mL) cooked tri-colored rotini or medium shell pasta
    2 Tbsp. (30mL) olive oil
    3 Tbsp. (45mL) lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. (30mL) honey mustard

    Recipe




    1. Blanch vegetables for 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water.

    2. Rinse in cold water; drain well.

    3. Combine vegetables and pasta in large bowl.

    4. Combine Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb and remaining ingredients in small bowl; mix well.

    5. Drizzle over salad mixture and toss gently to coat.

    6. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
