    2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
    1 large tomato, cut into 4 wedges
    1/2 small cucumber, sliced
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
    1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
    2 new potatoes, cooked in their skin, cooled and quartered
    1/4 cup (60mL) red onion, thinly sliced
    2 celery stalks, cut into 1/4 inch (.6cm) slices
    1/4 cup (60mL) feta cheese, crumbled
    2 cups (480mL) baby greens
    1 Tbsp (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
    1/4 cup (60mL) balsamic vinegar
    2 Tbsp. (30mL) extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbsp. (15mL) lemon juice

    Recipe




    1. Combine the tomato, cucumber, red and yellow bell peppers, potatoes, red onion and celery in a large bowl.

    2. Prepare viaigrette by whisking together in a small bowl Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb, Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic, vinegar, and olive oil, and toss in bowl with vegetables.

    3. Place the baby greens around the edge of an attractive platter.

    4. Pour the vegetables into the middle of the platter.

    5. Garnish with feta and green olives.
