Steak & Mushroom Salad

12 Oz. (360g) boneless sirloin steak (2 inch (5cm) thick)
2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Steak Grilling Blend™
1/2 lb (250g) fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup (125mL) green onions, sliced
1/4 cup (60mL) fresh parsley, minced
1 cup (250mL) cherry tomatoes, sliced
2 Tbsp. (30mL) olive oil
1 Tbsp. (15mL) white wine vinegar
2 tsp (10mL) Dijon mustard
1 tsp (5mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
2 tsp (10mL) fresh lemon juice
1 tsp (5mL) Worcestershire sauce
Recipe
1. Preheat broiler or grill to high.
2. Season both sides of sirloin steak with Mrs. Dash® Steak Grilling Blend™.
3. Cook steak to medium rare, 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Chill steak when cooked and slice into 1/4 inch (8cm) thick slices.
5. Clean and slice mushrooms, add with green onions and fresh parsley in large bowl.
6. Whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
7. Add steak to mushroom mixture and toss with dressing.
8. Garnish with cherry tomatoes. Serve cold with your favorite bread.
