1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 cup sliced onion
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3/4 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
4 French bread rolls, partially split, toasted
1 small green pepper, sliced

MIX VELVEETA, milk and mustard in saucepan; cook on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
COOK and stir onion in butter in large skillet on medium heat until onion is crisp-tender. Add meat; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
FILL rolls with the meat mixture; top with peppers and the VELVEETA sauce.
