    Philadelphia Cheese Steak Sandwiches

    List of Ingredients


    • 2c. sliced red or green bell peppers (about 2 med.)
    • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
    • 1T. oil
    • 1/2c. A.1.Bold steak sauce
    • 1t. prepared horseradish
    • 8 oz. thinly sliced beef sandwich steaks
    • 4 oz. thinly sliced mozzarella cheese


    Instructions


    1. In medium saucepan, over med. heat, saute pepper and onion slices in oil until tender.
    2. Stir in steak sauce and horseradish; keep warm. In lightly greased med. skillet, over med. high heat, cook sandwich steaks until done.
    3. On roll bottoms, portion beef, pepper mixture and cheese. Broil sandwich bottoms 4 inches from heat source for 3-5 mins. or until cheese melts; replace tops.
    4. Serve immediately.
    5. Makes: 4 sandwiches
