1 loaf of Sara Lee� Honey Wheat Bread, 1 pkg. Hillshire Farm� Deli Select� Brown Sugar Ham, 1 pkg. Sara Lee� Pre-Sliced Muenster Cheese, 1 tomato, 1 leaves romaine lettuce, 1 jar of honey mustard.

PREPARE:
Spread honey mustard on one slice of Sara Lee� Honey Wheat Bread.
Add ham, cheese, lettuce and slice of tomato.
Top with a second slice of bread and serve.
