Tangy BBQ Chicken Sandwich

- 8 med. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (2 lb)
- 2c. water, divided
- 1c. Realemon Juice from concentrate
- 3/4c. BBQ sauce
- 1/2c. Realemon Lemon juice from concentrate
- 1/3c. molasses
- 6-8 Hoagie buns, split
Instructions
- Rinse chicken; pat dry. Combine water and 1c. lemon juice in large skillet.
- Add chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 12-14 mins. or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
- Drain well. Shred with 2 forks. Combine bbq sauce, 1/2c. lemon juice and molasses in medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir in shredded chicken and heat through.
- Serve on a bun with green pepper slices or jalapeno peppers if desired.
- Makes: 6-8 servings.
