    Tangy BBQ Chicken Sandwich

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 med. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (2 lb)
    • 2c. water, divided
    • 1c. Realemon Juice from concentrate
    • 3/4c. BBQ sauce
    • 1/2c. Realemon Lemon juice from concentrate
    • 1/3c. molasses
    • 6-8 Hoagie buns, split


    Instructions


    1. Rinse chicken; pat dry. Combine water and 1c. lemon juice in large skillet.
    2. Add chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 12-14 mins. or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
    3. Drain well. Shred with 2 forks. Combine bbq sauce, 1/2c. lemon juice and molasses in medium saucepan.
    4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir in shredded chicken and heat through.
    5. Serve on a bun with green pepper slices or jalapeno peppers if desired.
    6. Makes: 6-8 servings.
