- 1 envelope Hollandaise sauce mix
- 1/4c. mayo
- 1/4c. sour cream
- 1t. dry white wine
- 1t. dried tarragon
- 1t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1t. salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, prepare Hollandaise sauce according to pkg. directions.
- Mix in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve at room temp.
