• 2T. butter
  
• 2T. flour
  
• 1/2t. salt
  
• 1c. milk
  
• 1c. shredded cheese
  
• 1/8t. white pepper
  






Instructions



1. Melt butter, stir in flour and salt until smooth. Add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
   
2. Add cheese and stir to melt.
