    4 whole jalapeno peppers -- seeded
    1 whole Poblano peppers
    10 whole Roma tomatoes -- peeled and sliced
    1 whole mint sprigs
    2 tablespoons sugar
    3 cloves garlic -- minced

    Recipe




    Place all ingredints into stainless steel pot and cook over med heat till tomatoes are softened. Puree and return to heat and cook to desired consistency is reached.
