Dilled Sauce

Recipe Introduction
No cooking required. A white sauce with little green flecks showing through. Perfect with fish.
1-cup (250 ml) sour cream
1-cup (250 ml) salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4-cup (60 ml) milk
1-tbsp (15 ml) horseradish
1/2-tsp (2 ml) dry mustard powder
1/2-tsp (2 ml) dill weed
1/4-tsp (1 ml) granulated sugar
1/2-tsp (2 ml) salt
Mix all ingredients well. Serve with any fish or seafood. May be used immediately but flavor is better after refrigerated for an hour. Makes a generous 2 cups
