Hot Pepper Sauce

- 6 red habanero peppers, cored and seeded
- 2c. chopped onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 allspice berries, crushed
- 1/2t. ground cumin
- 1T. tomato paste
- 2c. garlic cider vinegar
Instructions
- In food processor, combine peppers, onion, garlic, allspice, cumin and process until fine.
- In nonreactive saucepan, combine pepper mixture with tomato paste and vinegar.
- Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Cool, bottle, and refrigerate.
