Onion Mushroom Sauce

Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Minced Onion Medley Seasoning Blend
3 Tbsp. (45mL) unsalted butter, separated
12 Oz. (336g) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup (240mL) 2% milk
1 Tbsp. (15mL) flour
1 Tbsp. (15mL) Worcestershire sauce
Recipe
1. Melt 2 Tbsp. (30mL) butter in a large nonstick skillet.
2. Add mushrooms.
3. Cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are just tender; stir often.
4. Remove mushrooms from skillet.
5. Combine Mrs. Dash® Minced Onion Medley and milk in a small saucepan or 2-cup (480mL) glass microwaveable measuring cup.
6. Heat just until warm.
7. Melt remaining 1 Tbsp. (15mL) butter in the skillet over medium high heat.
8. Whisk in flour.
9. Gradually whisk in milk and Worcestershire sauce and heat until mixture thickens (about 2 to 3 minutes); whisk constantly.
10. Return mushrooms to pan and heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
