    Garlic Green Beans

    List of Ingredients


    • 1T. butter
    • 3T. olive oil
    • 1 med. head garlic, peeled and sliced
    • 2 (14.5 oz) cans green beans, drained
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/4c. grated Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in a large skillet, and stir in olive oil and garlic.
    2. Saute over low heat until the garlic is slightly brown.
    3. Stir in the green beans, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until beans are thoroughly heated, about 10 mins.
    4. Turn off heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    5. Yield: 6 servings
