Garlic Green Beans

- 1T. butter
- 3T. olive oil
- 1 med. head garlic, peeled and sliced
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans green beans, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4c. grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet, and stir in olive oil and garlic.
- Saute over low heat until the garlic is slightly brown.
- Stir in the green beans, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until beans are thoroughly heated, about 10 mins.
- Turn off heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Yield: 6 servings
