    List of Ingredients


    • 4T. flour
    • 2T. cornstarch
    • 2t. lemon pepper
    • 1t. onion powder
    • 2c. milk
    • 3 cubes chicken bouillon
    • 1 1/2c. shredded cheddar cheese
    • 3c. julienned potatoes
    • 1c. cubed cooked ham


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat pan with spray. In saucepan over medium heat toast flour until golden.
    2. Stir in cornstarch, lemon pepper and onion powder.
    3. Gradually whisk in milk then chicken bouillon. Cook stirring until thickened.
    4. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until smooth. Layer potatoes and ham in prepared baking dish.
    5. Pour sauce evenly over this. Bake for 1 hour. Let set 5 mins. before serving.
