Pinto Beans with Ham Hock

- 3 smoked ham hocks
- 2 lb. dried pinto beans
- 1/2t. garlic powder
- 1/2t. crushed red pepper
- 1/4t. black pepper
- 1/2t. salt
- 2t. hot sauce
- 1/2 med. onion, chopped
Instructions
- Boil ham hock on high for 45 mins. Add all seasonings except hot sauce and onion.
- Continue boiling for 20 mins. Add beans, hot sauce and onion.
- Boil on med. heat until beans are done.
