Cheese & Bacon Potato Rounds

- 4 baking potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1/4c. melted butter
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2c. chopped green onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. Brush both sides of potato slices with butter; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 30-40 mins. turning once. When potatoes are ready, top with bacon, cheese and green onion.
- Continue baking until the cheese has melted.
