List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 3 onions, chopped
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2T. butter
Instructions
- String and break beans. Preheat the oven to 350.
- Grease a dish and layer the vegetables, starting and ending with beans.
- On each layer sprinkle salt and pepper and drizzle melted butter.
- Bake, covered, for about 1 hour or until tender.
- Makes: 4-6 servings.
