Velveeta Taco Mac & Cheese

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3c. Thick-n-Chunky Salsa
- 1 1/2t. chili powder
- 2c.(8oz) elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2lb. (8oz) Velveeta, cut up
Instructions
- Brown meat, drain. Stir in 2 3/4 c. water, salsa and chili powder.
- Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Reduce heat to medium low; simmer 8-10 minutes or until water is almost absorbed.
- Add Velveeta; cook until melted, stirring frequently. Garnish with 1/2c. crushed tortilla chips, 1/4c. chopped tomato and 2T. chopped green onions if desired.
