Preheat oven according to the directions on the biscuits. Drain chicken; mix in buffalo wing sauce (enough so chicken is not dry). Add about half of the shredded cheese to the chicken mixture. Place biscuits on a cookie sheet and make an indentation in each biscuit with a spoon. Spoon a small amount of the chicken mixture onto each biscuit. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake according to the directions on the biscuits. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing. For extra spice, you can use pepper jack cheese.
