Happy Pistachios

2 cups shelled pistachios
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar (white or colored)
Preheat oven to 275*F (135*C) degrees.
Mix all ingredients together, spread on non-stick cookie sheet or a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and store in air tight container.
Yield: 2 cups.
