Beat eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until
lemon colored, about 3 minutes. Beat in yogurt and
butter on low speed. Add flour, baking powder, baking
soda, nutmeg and salt; beat in on low speed.
Heat oil (2 to 3 inches) to 360F in deep fat fryer or
on stove in a 3-quart saucepan. Drop dough by level
teaspoonfuls into oil. Fry until light brown, about 2
minutes; drain on paper towels. Serve with Honey
Butter Dip and toothpicks.
HONEY BUTTER DIP
Beat 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened, and 1/4
cup honey in small mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
