Blackeyed Pea Soup

List of Ingredients
- 3c. blackeyed peas with juice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 can tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1c. diced cooked ham
- 1T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1t. hot sauce
- 1t. sugar
Instructions
- Saute onion until clear. Heat peas and cook well done. Add onion and remaining ingredients.
- Put into blender until well blended. Pour into a saucepan and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Water or broth may be add if a thinner soup is desired.
