1 pkg. drumsticks
1 onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
3 carrots, diced
1 bay leaf
1 can Swanson chicken broth
4 oz. noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook drumsticks in 3 cups water. Add onion and celery and carrots. Remove drumsticks; skin and cut up in small pieces. Add broth, chicken, and bay leaf to liquid. Simmer 30 minutes. Add noodles and cook until done (10-12 minutes). Serves 3-4 people
