3 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash® Minced Onion Medley Seasoning Blend
2 Tbsp. (30mL) olive oil
12 Oz. (336g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cans (13 3/4 Oz. each) (770g) chicken broth (lower sodium)
2 cans (15 Oz. each) (840g) small white beans, drained and rinsed
4.5 Oz. (126g) can diced green chilies, drainedRecipe
1. Heat oil in a large heavy saucepan.
2. Add chicken and Mrs. Dash® Minced Onion Medley.
3. Cook over medium heat until chicken is no longer pink in center (about 7 minutes); stir often.
4. Add broth, beans and chilies.
5. Reduce heat and simmer over medium low heat for about 15 minutes to blend flavors.
