    List of Ingredients


    • 1c. coarse salt (kosher or sea)
    • 1/4c. cracked black pepper
    • 2T. ground white pepper
    • 1T. cayenne pepper
    • 1T. sugar


    Instructions


    1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir or whisk to mix.
    2. Transfer to a jar, cover, and store away from heat and light.
    3. The salt will keep for several months.
    4. Makes: 1 1/4c.
