Basic Seasoned Salt

List of Ingredients
- 1c. coarse salt (kosher or sea)
- 1/4c. cracked black pepper
- 2T. ground white pepper
- 1T. cayenne pepper
- 1T. sugar
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir or whisk to mix.
- Transfer to a jar, cover, and store away from heat and light.
- The salt will keep for several months.
- Makes: 1 1/4c.
