Use when you bbq, roast, grill, or saute your favorite chicken, turkey, duck or Cornish game hens.





List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2t. salt
  
• 1/2t. paprika
  
• 1/4t. cayenne
  
• 1/4t. onion powder
  
• 1/4t. garlic powder
  
• 1/4t. pepper
  
• 1/4t. dried thyme
  
• 1/4t. dried oregano
  
• 1/4t. rubbed sage
  
• dash cumin
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Store in a covered container.
   
2. Sprinkle on any poultry to taste.
   
3. Makes: 4t.
