Broccoli and Caulifower With Lemon

3 cups broccoli florets
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 cups cauliflower florets
1/2 tsp. no salt lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 cup coarsely chopped red pepper or pimento
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/4 tsp. salt
Recipe
Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender-crisp. Lightly oi1 a 1/2 quart heat-proof bowl. Arrange pieces in bowl so that florets and peppers are pressed to the bottom and sides. Tightly pack center with remaining florets. Bake in 350 F. oven 10 minutes. In small saucepan blend broth and cornstarch until smooth. Heat until thickened. Blend in seasonings. Place serving dish over vegetable bowl and invert. Pour sauce over vegetable mold.
