- 3T. BUTTER
- 1T. FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 2T. SLICED GREEN ONIONS
- 1/4t. SALT
- PINCH OF PEPPER
Instructions
- IN SAUCEPAN PLACE CARROTS AND ENOUGH WATER TO COVER.
- BRING TO A FULL BOIL.
- COOK OVER MED. HEAT UNTIL CARROTS ARE CRISPLY TENDER. 8-10 MINS.
- DRAIN, RETURN TO PAN.
- ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. COVER AND COOK OVER MED. HEAT STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.
