- 2T. BUTTER
- 1t. BROWN SUGAR
- 2T. HONEY
- DASH OF PARSLEY
Instructions
- COOK CARROTS 10 MINS IN SMALL AMOUNT OF BOILING SALTED WATER.
- WHEN TENDER, DRAIN AND SET ASIDE.
- MELT BUTTER IN PAN.
- ADD SUGAR AND HONEY. BLEND.
- ADD CARROTS.
- COOK 3-4 MINS. ON LOW HEAT.
- STIRRING SO EACH CARROT IS GLAZED.
- SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY
