- 2-9OZ PKG. FROZEN GREEN BEANS
- 6 MED. CARROTS, CUT 3/4 INCH LONG STICKS
- 2T. BUTTER
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
- 1/2t. PEPPER
Instructions
- COOK BACON UNTIL CRISP.
- DRAIN ALL BUT 2T. BACON DRIPPINGS
- ADD BEANS, CARROTS, BUTTER, AND GARLIC.
- STIR FRY OVER MED. HEAT. ABOUT 5 MINS.
- CRUMBLE BACON. STIR PEPPER INTO VEG. MIXTURE.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT . TRANSFER TO SERVING BOWL.
- TOP WITH CRUMBLED BACON.
