Glazed Carrots II

List of Ingredients
- 2T. chopped onion
- 1T. chopped parsley
- 2T. butter
- 8 med. carrots, cut in 1-1 1/2 inch slices
- 1 can condensed consomme
- dash ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Cook onion and parsley in butter about 5 mins. Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover; cook over med. heat 25 mins. Uncover; continue cooking 20 mins. or until carrots are tender and sauce thickens and glazes carrots.
- Watch carefuly during last few mins. to prevent sticking.
- Serves: 4
