    Glazed Carrots II

    List of Ingredients


    • 2T. chopped onion
    • 1T. chopped parsley
    • 2T. butter
    • 8 med. carrots, cut in 1-1 1/2 inch slices
    • 1 can condensed consomme
    • dash ground nutmeg


    Instructions


    1. Cook onion and parsley in butter about 5 mins. Add remaining ingredients.
    2. Cover; cook over med. heat 25 mins. Uncover; continue cooking 20 mins. or until carrots are tender and sauce thickens and glazes carrots.
    3. Watch carefuly during last few mins. to prevent sticking.
    4. Serves: 4
