    • 1/2t. THYME
    • 1/4t. SALT
    • 1/4t. PEPPER
    • 3C. CAULIFLOWER FLOWERETS
    • 2C. BROCCOLI FLOWERETS
    • 2C. CARROTS, CUT INTO JULIENNE STRIPS
    • 2 SMALL ONIONS, QUARTERED


    Instructions


    1. HEAT OVEN TO 400.
    2. IN BAKING PAN MELT BUTTER IN OVEN.
    3. STIR IN THYME, SALT, AND PEPPER.
    4. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
    5. TOSS TO COAT.
    6. COVER WITH FOIL, BAKE FOR 22-27 MINS. OR UNTIL CRISPLY TENDER.
