- 2C. CARROTS, CUT INTO JULIENNE STRIPS
- 2 SMALL ONIONS, QUARTERED
Instructions
- HEAT OVEN TO 400.
- IN BAKING PAN MELT BUTTER IN OVEN.
- STIR IN THYME, SALT, AND PEPPER.
- ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
- TOSS TO COAT.
- COVER WITH FOIL, BAKE FOR 22-27 MINS. OR UNTIL CRISPLY TENDER.
