- 6 RED POTATOES, SCRUBBED AND CUT INTO WEDGES
- 3T. MELTED BUTTER
- 3T OIL
- 1T. ROSEMARY
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375.
- MIX TOGETHER BUTTER, OIL, THEN POUR INTO A 9X13 DISH.
- PLACE POTATOES INTO THE DISH AND STIR UNTIL COATED.
- SPRINKLE WITH ROSEMARY , SALT AND PEPPER.
- COVER WITH FOIL.
- BAKE FOR 30 MINS. OR UNTIL TENDER. STIR OCCASIONALLY.
