    Roasted Potato Wedges

    • 4 potatoes, peeled
    • 1T. olive oil
    • 1/2t. kosher salt


    Instructions


    1. Cut potatoes into wedges. Pour oil and salt into bowl.
    2. Toss wedges in oil. Place on a jellyroll pan and roast at 425 for 25 mins.
    3. Raise temp. to 475 and brown potatoes for about 5 mins.
    4. Makes: 4 servings.
