Spiced Up Carrot Sticks

- 5 large carrots, julienned
- 2T. butter
- 1T. sugar
- 1t. salt
- 1/4t. ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Place carrots in a pan and cover with water.
- Cook until tender. Drain. Combine butter, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Pour over the carrots and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
