Deer Casserole

- 1 lb. ground deer meat
- 3 or 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, diced
- pepper and garlic salt to taste
Instructions
- Place sliced potatoes in bottom of casserole dish. Break deer meat over potatoes.
- Add garlic salt, diced onion, pepper and soups. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
