Deer Pepper Steak

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. deer round steak
- 3T. safflower oil
- 1t. pared, minced ginger root
- 2 julienned green bell peppers
- 1c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4c. soya sauce
- 1T. sugar
- 2T. sherry
- 1t. cornstarch
Instructions
- Cut meat into thin strips. Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger and cook 1 minute.
- Brown meat then add peppers and mushrooms. Fry for 5 minutes.
- Add soya and sugar. Mix the sherry with the cornstarch and blend into the stir fry. Cook 1 minute.
- Serve with rice.
