    • 1 young coon
    • Brooks Old Original tangy ketchup


    Instructions


    1. Cut coon in pieces. Get all the fat off that you can. Put pieces in pressure cooker with a cup of water.
    2. Cook until meat begins to get tender.Take it out of cooker and place it in a baking dish; cover with ketchup and bake until the bones turn chalky white.
    3. By this time it is a delicious dish.
