- 1 young coon
- Brooks Old Original tangy ketchup
Instructions
- Cut coon in pieces. Get all the fat off that you can. Put pieces in pressure cooker with a cup of water.
- Cook until meat begins to get tender.Take it out of cooker and place it in a baking dish; cover with ketchup and bake until the bones turn chalky white.
- By this time it is a delicious dish.
