- 4-8 SLICES BACON
Instructions
- START CHARCOAL BRIQUETS IN GRILL. CUT MEAT INTO 2 INCH WIDE STRIPS.
- WRAP ONE OR TWO SLICES BACON AROUND EACH STRIP.
- SECURE BACON WITH TOOTHPICKS.
- WHEN CHARCOAL BRIQUETS ARE COVER WITH ASH, SPREAD THEM IN GRILL.
- PLACE GRATE ABOVE HOT COALS.
- GRILL MEAT STRIPS TO DESIRED DONENESS, 4-7 MINS. PER SIDE.
- MAKES 2-4 SERVINGS.
