List of Ingredients



• 8-10 doves
  
• 1c. water
  
• 1c. ketchup
  
• 3-4T. Worcestershire sauce
  
• salt & pepper
  
• 1 med. onion, sliced
  
• 3 slices uncooked bacon
  






Instructions



1. Place birds in heavy pan with a cover. Steam on top of stove in small amount of water for 20 mins.
   
2. Add ketchup, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Lay onion rings, then bacon on top of birds.
   
3. Cook covered on low heat approximately 1 1/2 hours.
   
4. Serves: 4-6
