List of Ingredients
- 8-10 doves
- 1c. water
- 1c. ketchup
- 3-4T. Worcestershire sauce
- salt & pepper
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 3 slices uncooked bacon
Instructions
- Place birds in heavy pan with a cover. Steam on top of stove in small amount of water for 20 mins.
- Add ketchup, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Lay onion rings, then bacon on top of birds.
- Cook covered on low heat approximately 1 1/2 hours.
- Serves: 4-6
