List of Ingredients



• 1 opossum
  
• 3 sweet potatoes,
  
• 2 medium onions, chopped
  
• 1T. black pepper
  
• 2 hot peppers
  
• 1T. allspice
  
• 1 stick butter
  
• 1t. sage
  
• 1t. instant coffee
  
• 1t. ground mustard
  






Instructions



1. Mix the ingredients well. Clean opossum. Get a board 8x12 inches (soft wood like cottonwood); lay opossum on board with back down and feet up.
   
2. Stuff ingredients in opossum. Set in oven on board. Bake at 300 for 2 hours. When done take out of oven and throw opossum out and eat the board.
