This is a recipe for left-over venison actually but can be used for any boneless cooked deer meat after it is allowed to become cold.
Mix 2 cups of finely ground cold cooked venison with 1 1/2 cups of butter and be sure to mix well. Season with salt, and A-1 sauce to taste and form into a mold. This makes a very delightful spread for sandwiches or snack crackers and will keep indefinitely in a refrigerator.
