3 cups sifted slour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt.
1 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups diced, ripe banana
1 8 ounce can pineapple with juice

Measure and sift dry ingredients into medium mixing bowl. Add bananas oil, pineapple with juice, vanilla and eggs to dry mixture. Stir to blend. DO NOT BEAT. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch tube or bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done. Set aside to cool on a rack without removing from pan. When cooled, remove from pan.
