Cook first 3 ingredients, until meat is done. Drain well. Add the next 3 ingredients and stir until cheese melts. Spoon meat mix in center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold bottom edge over filling, fold right side over, then the left side. Lightly brush remaining flap with water. Fold over tightly, press gently to seal. Fry in hot oil, 375 F, for 1 minute. Serve with salsa.
