    List of Ingredients





    1 c water
    1-1/2 tsp. Splenda measure
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c oat flour
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    3 tsp. yeast
    1 egg, beaten

    Recipe



    Put in bread machine and make dough according to directions. Divide into 10 equal portions. Roll into smooth balls. Use thumbs to make a 1-1/2" hole in the center of each ball. Place onto greased baking sheet. Grease top of each bagel. Cover with towel and allow to rise for 30 minutes. Bring 3 quarts of water to boil. Simmer bagels for 5-6 minutes per side, turning once or twice. Remove and drain. Place on cookie sheet. Brush lightly with additional egg. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.
